Wave 3B Go-Live Exceeding Expectations – Tapering Begins
Wave 3B Go-Live continues to exceed expectations. With no “Top 10” issues to report, and with “open vs closed” tickets continuing to trend in a favorable direction, leadership has issued the following announcement:
Changes to Wave 3B Command Center Structure
Remote for Final Week (Nov. 11-18)
Beginning Friday, November 11, Wave 3B Command Center activities will be remote. Revisions to the daily Top 10 at Noon and All Hands meetings are being reviewed.
- Morning/Afternoon Command Center Huddles will still occur at the scheduled times. Teams are expected to have a representative on each call to report updates/issues.
- Command Center Zoom will be open from 7am – 7pm for urgent issue escalations, but teams do not need to be in attendance all day outside of the huddles.
- Teams should make sure their On-Call schedules in ServiceNow are updated and continue to monitor the Go-Live Team’s channels.
Also, the taper of ATE support began this weekend. It will continue at the end of this week leading into the final week of Go-Live.
Thank you and congratulations on a successful Wave 3B Go-Live!
