On your device, tap to open the Google Play store and search the Apps section for “Epic Haiku”. In the search results, tap and install the Haiku for Android app.
Once you have downloaded the Haiku app on your device, scan the QR Code or open this link: https://epicproxy.et1157.epichosted.com/MobileConfigs/Production.html
to access the configuration links (pictured below).
Select the appropriate link from the list (Haiku for phones and non-iPad tablets, Canto for iPads). This will prompt the user to open the link using Haiku and configure the environments.
Verify that your Haiku app now has “RWJBarnabas Health (Production)” at the top of the login screen. This means that you are successfully connected to the correct environment. If you were using Haiku at another organization you will be required to tap the environment at the top of the page to toggle between the organizations.
Haiku will prompt you to launch workspaceoneaccess.com to sign in. Click Continue and enter your RWJBH User ID and Password before clicking Sign In.
If you have not yet synced your Duo Mobile (for two factor authentication) with RWJBH.OKTA.com, you’ll be prompted to connect it now. Click Setup to prompt a push notification to your device that is configured for Duo Mobile.
If you are already setup, Duo will prompt you to send a Push notification directly to the device, or enter the Passcode found within the Duo Mobile app. If a Push notification is selected, users should see a Duo notification appear on the screen prompting them first to ‘Tap to View Actions’ and then ‘Approve’ to proceed with Haiku login.
You will now be logged into Haiku. Please refer to the Haiku Quick Start Guide for iOS or Android on the Learning Home Dashboard in Hyperspace for more details about the application. To open the Learning Home Dashboard in Epic Hyperspace, press the F1 key.
