Do you have the Hub application installed?
Hub installed: Proceed to Scenario 2 – Personal or RWJBH device with Workspace One (WSO) and the HUB installed to install Haiku (for the mobile phones and non-iPad tablets) or Canto (for the iPad).

Do you know your Apple App store/Google Play store username and password?

2. Do you have you have Duo Mobile installed on one of your devices for logging into RWJBH applications and systems?

Great! You will need this when logging into Haiku & Canto applications. Proceed to checklist item #3.
*Pro tip*: To make the user experience even better, make sure that Duo Mobile notifications are turned on. In Settings, open Notifications (iOS) or Apps & notifications (Android), find the Duo Mobile app and turn on notifications if they are not.

Please complete your Duo Mobile installation and enrollment before proceeding to checklist item #3. Directions are posted at: https://thebridge.rwjbh.org/information-technology-services/duo-enrollment.aspx

3. Personal Devices: Do you already have Haiku/Canto installed?

Great! Proceed to checklist item #4

4. Personal Devices: Do you want RWJBH email on your device?

RWJBH uses Workspace One as its Mobile Device Management (MDM) software. MDM software is used to manage access to the email system and any configured applications downloaded from the HUB application. It cannot remotely wipe your device and does not gain any access to your personal item. Proceed to Haiku Enrollment with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and begin with step 1.

If using an iPad, users should be downloading the Canto application. For all other tablets and mobile devices, users should be downloading the Haiku application.
