Setting up Haiku with MDM (Mobile Device Management) via the Hub
Before you begin: Confirm you have Duo multi-factor authentication setup for your account. Also, if you already have both Duo and the Hub installed please open the Hub application on your device and begin with Step 28.
1. Open the App or Play Store to search for and install Intelligent Hub
2. Open the Hub application
3. Enter email address and tap Next
4. Enter username and tap Next (optional, tap Remember this setting before tapping Next so you are not prompted to re-enter your credentials when opening the Hub)
5. Enter password and tap Sign In
6. Review the terms and conditions before tapping Accept
7. Review information that is not collected and tap Continue
8. Review collected information and tap Continue
9. Click Download profile
10. It is recommended to Allow notifications from the Hub
11. Tap Allow to download the work profile
12. When the download completes, tap the Tap here when download finishes button
14. Tap the Open the Settings app button
15. Once in the phone’s Settings app, tap General
16. Tap VPN & Device Management
17. Tap on Workspace Services
19. Enter your phone’s passcode (not your RWJBH password)
21. And tap Install again on the screen that appears
24. Note: If your phone’s passcode does not align with our RWJBH requirements pictured below, you will be prompted to update it
26. Review the privacy statement before tapping I Understand
27. Tap either I Agree or Not Now for Data Sharing for app improvements
29. Search for Haiku and select it
31. Optional: To access work email, search for and install the Boxer application
32. Optional: Install the Boxer application
33. Exit the Hub application and open Haiku
34. Confirm you see the RWJBarnabas Health (Production) environment at the top before tapping Login
35. Tap Continue when prompted to use workspaceoneaccess.com to Sign In
36. You may be required to enter your username, password, and Duo two-factor authentication code; open the Duo app to copy your code for manual entry
37. Or you can type the word push in the field for your authentication code to be sent a push notification
38. It is strongly recommended to tap Allow when Haiku requests access to Notifications, Critical Alerts, Microphone, and Camera.
39. these settings can be toggled from the phone’s Settings application
40. CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully enrolled you device and installed Haiku
