Wave 5 support post-Command Center
RWJBarnabas Health is committed to supporting the Epic Go-Live efforts. After Command Center closes at 7 PM on Friday, 11/17, the following options are available:
- Support then transitions to the Training Team in a float model
- Training will distribute a support schedule for 11/20 through 12/7
- CTs will be available Monday through Friday 8am-4pm except for 11/23 & 11/24
- Go Live Support Team has provided the list of suggested departments for focused support next week
